According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Ascendant Lord Mars is in it’s own house.
2. Spouse house lord Venus is placed in eleventh house, and in the Nakashtra of Moon. Moon indicates that as on date you are very depressed due to some current event.
3. Moon is in the nakshtra of Jupiter (Retro), in the sign of Taurus (Lord Venus)
This may be due to some relationship (possibility)
I think you will have marriage and Jupiter indicates that exchange of Mars and Jupiter will give you some passion (I think still you have some passion) but check your desires.
