My observations are

1. Please, come out of Depression. Be cheerful. Life is very beautiful, in spite of Lot of hazards, its beautiful. And be thankful to Khuda (God) that you will be getting a chance to serve people. (Your Moon is in 8th house with Mars and Saturn)
2. What about Gynecology, Surgeon.
Your Moon – indicator or female Monthly issues, Mars, blood and Saturn (with Mars) surgery.
3. I will not recommend Psychotherapy, to you, because you are too emotional, and that may affect you emotionally.
4. Your 4th Lord is in 4th house, I don’t think that you will settle down abroad.
5. You must use diamond or imitation of Diamonds as ring or pendent etc. choice is yours. Venus is good for you (will give money)
