Daily Forecast – Share Market – June 22nd, 2022

Profit bookings/Cautious on upper levels | Mixed/Volatility possible

Mercury, Mars with Sun lead the day, well supported by Moon, Jupiter and Saturn (Rx). Previous working day has surprised the market. Planetary positions are indicating that lord of the share market and banks are active, buying from dip had helped the market in previous day working and which may show correction in the market. Even then local issues and geo-political and economical situation is not strong enough to support the market.

It will be better to wait and watch, mixed day possible, because Saturn is ready to fall in previous sign, but importantly, lord of crude is placed in its own sign, which may give strength to the prices of crude. It means prices of Crude may maintain its own levels, which may be again trouble some for globe.

Crude and coal are facing issues, hurting manufacturing and logistics costs. Hence, after and during this Corona affected period – Job, inflation, consumption and others may be indicating poor financial situation of various nations, few nations may face or touch bankruptcy like situation. Hence, how could we expect good market situation. At least next January (January 2023) when Saturn will change, then we may get relief from COVID or like wise issues. But Saturn may punish – possibly financially (if war or like wise situations will not be controlled).

On date we may see banks and financial institutions (active either side), better to look for two wheeler/automobile, power, energy, defence, various other segments indicating chemicals, acids, gases, batteries, IT, communication, internet related segments, automobile ancillaries, pathological labs, with other issues.

It will be better to trade with strict stop-loss on upper side. Mixed day or volatility not surprising.

Indian Currency

Indian Rupee may trade in between 77.30 to 78.20 per USD.
