According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is placed in the house of disturbance, loan and health etc.

3. I think, you might be involved in various activities, and efforts towards job is not effective. That may be due to communication by way of verbal or documents etc. If you are focusing on income from commission etc. or sudden gains then be watchful.
Your situation may improve after November with the support of your spouse or partner.
