Query : I have completed masers in electrical engineer and I an working as network engineer. I am living in USA. I want to change the job and I am applyig since one year but I am not getting proper job. I did get one offer last year in may 2012 but unfortunately it was not proper so I refused it. So then after also I continue to search but still not get sucess. So my question is when is i will get the job?
