Remedy to sell House, shop or plot/land (if facing difficulties)
If anyone is facing problem in selling his/her house, shop or plot/land, then he/she should go to the market andpurchase 86 numbers of whole Almonds (Complete).
Next day after bath natal should go to Shiv Temple (empty stomach), and offer 2 almonds to lord Shiva or Shiv ling. Out of these two Almonds, take back one almond and keep at one place in your house. While offering – natal must pray to lord Shiva and request to sell his/her house.
After 43 days when this offer will be completed and you will have 43 whole almonds in your store, drift them in flowing water.
If your deal is completed before 43 days even then (after completion of this deal) this 43 days process should be completed.

i am not able to understand your remedy only two almonds give to lord shiva thats it. remaining 84 what can we do? you told that only 43 is there.
43 days regularly. Offer 2 almonds, and take back one almond. Like this – do it for 43 days. Then Pravahit all 43 almonds, which you had brought back fro Lord Shiva, in running water.

TODAY I HAVE GONE TO SHIV MANDIR DOING MY POOJA WITH 2 ALMONDS BUT I FORGOT TO BRING 1 AT HOME . I LEFT BOTH OVER THERE, WILL IT BE FRUITFUL MY POOJA FOR TODAY?

As you said, take back one almond and keep at one place in your house. I want to sell my property where I don’t live and that’s in some other place. Can I keep that one almond within the house I live?

Read properly, you have to offer two almonds to lord Shiva, and take back one from them. This must be done regularly for 43 days. Then, offer these 43 almonds to flowing water.
It has nothing to with the place you are living or your property, which you want to sell.
That means, you have to carry almond(s) to the place where you live.
