According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is placed in the house of expenses and foreign lands/hospital/bedroom etc. with Venus. Ascendant is afflicted by Saturn retrograde, and occupied by Sun and Mercury.
