According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is placed in the house of finance with the lord of profession Moon, indicating dhanyog, since Venus is lord of house of suddenness and miseries, can give inherited gains, as well sudden changes of profession etc.
2. Profession house lord is Moon and is conjunct with ascendant lord and house of longevity/miseries and mysteries lord Venus in the house of finance, indicating that due to reasons of finance, and lord of gains is in the house of movements, and gains you may change your job or profile. Which is not possible in government job.
3. Mars lord of finance and spouse is in the house of disturbance, loans or competitiveness is indicating that you may use money for competition etc. I do not feel that within recent time possibility of any government job.
