According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is placed in the house of spouse, partner and giving strength to its own house of ascendant along with auspicious Jupiter, lord of the spouse.
2. Spouse house is occupied by Jupiter which is lord of the house, but slow moving and afflicted by Saturn exalted, indicating delay in marriage.
3. Currently your Mahadasha is Venus is in the house of disturbance and has exchanged its position with Pratyanter dasha lord Mars lord of house of disturbance, placed in the house of children etc. Currently this dasha sequence and aspect of Saturn is creating issue in marriage, although Venus naturally signifies marriage for male, but here is placed in the house of disturbance with Ketu, hence problem is developed.
