According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aries ascendant and is getting aspect from its own lord Mars, indicating that Mars is giving strength to self. Jupiter is placed in the house of health, competitiveness, recovery being lord of expenses and fortune house, is also giving blessings to Mars.

You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu, and Rahu is in Ashlesha Nakshtra, indicating such type of disease, Anterdasha of Moon normally it gives mental tension or other issues and has been highlighted after last week of March 2013. Rahu Mahadasha, Moon Anterdasha combination will be over by 23-09-2014. After that your own immunity or inner strength will support you or you have to seek support from your inner strength.
