According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aries ascendant and lord Mars is conjunct with the lord of religion/fortune and hermitage/foreign lands and Moon lord of happiness is involved with this conjunction of Mars and Jupiter, both are giving aspect on the house of education/spiritualism. This Jupiter is giving aspect on the house of spouse and its lord too.
2. Spouse house lord in Paapkartari, but no other malefic connection. Spouse lord Venus is in its own house, normally it gives early marriage or relationship, but if delayed then can lead to long delay, and on your spouse house is getting connectivity with Jupiter lord of fortune and religion and hermitage etc, or foreign lands.
3. Mahadasha lord Saturn is in the house of depth, miseries and unknown events and Saturn is combust also, hence not in a position to deliver results.
4. Only possibility is Rahu which is Anterdasha lord and capable of giving marriage under any condition. You must perform Pooja for Rahu on Sunday. This period will continue till December 2015, and after that Jupiter may help you.
