According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is conjunct with Sun lord of family and mother, indicating influence of mother and family is clear. Ascendant is afflicted by Mars lord of spouse house and lord of expenses and foreign lands.
2. Spouse house lord is in the house of disturbance and conjunct with Jupiter, Badhak (giving obstruction) for Taurus ascendant, and Saturn is giving affliction on spouse house, these two planets are indicating delay in marriage. I am not saying denial of marriage, but substantial delay is not denied.
3. Vicky is passing through Mahadasha of Rahu, and Anterdasha of Sun, again dasha wise not a comfortable combination. But Sun can give marriage.
