According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Virgo ascendant and lord Mercury is placed in the house of longevity, miseries and mysteries with enemy Mars. This Mercury is Mahadasha lord too. Ascendant lord is afflicted by Saturn too.
2. Spouse house lord is Jupiter and afflicted by eighth house lord Mars from the house of miseries etc. Since Mahadasha lord and Lord of spouse house is afflicted because of house of miseries hence delay in marriage is confirmed, since Jupiter is giving aspect to the house of Marriage (own house too) indicating delay but also confirming certainty of marriage.
3. One chance of marriage will be over by 09-01-2014, if you can avail this chance then avail, otherwise possibility of some more delay.
