According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Libra ascendant and lord Venus is placed in the house of spouse with Rahu and giving strength to its own house of ascendant, Saturn retrograde is in its exalted sign in ascendant but in Ketu-Rahu axis. Indicating that your self focus will be strong, and caring for self will be over and above all.
