According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is placed in ascendant and lord of foreign lands Moon is combust (within 12 degrees from Sun) close to new Moon, and Mercury is also placed in ascendant (lord of gains, achievement and finance) – combust. Indicating that your interest towards foreign land will be high, but regarding settlement, you may face some issues.
2. Native place lord Mars is placed in trine, forming rajyog, and has no affliction, indicating that from native place you may be benefited. You may earn from foreign land, but regarding settlement, I am doubtful.
