According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is placed in the house of fortune, and Transiting through the Nakshtra of Mars.
2. Spouse house lord is Mars, and relationship house lord Mercury are transiting together, indicates, good relation ship for relationship and as a spouse, but ascendant lord is in the house of father, no direct relationship, but since Venus is forming indirect relationship, that indicates it may take some time, but will propose.
