According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant at the time of raising this question and lord Mercury is placed with lords of siblings in the house of father. Mercury also represents house of mother. Indications are that approval from the parents are not an issue.
2. Spouse house lord is Jupiter and I do not see any relationship at present.
3. If will happen then it may take some time.
