According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:

1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is placed in the house of expenses and foreign lands. Moon has exchanged its position with Sun. Check your expenses and do not waste your emotions. Moon is placed in ascendant lord with Ketu and in the axis of Rahu-Ketu. Very Emotional, mood swings and bit confusing. No other affliction on ascendant.

2. Spouse house is occupied by Rahu, in the house of Saturn and Saturn is giving third aspect to its own house. Delay in marriage is indicated.

3. Saturn is placed in the house of love etc. but no comfortable relationship with its lord Jupiter. So, even if you want to go for marriage of your choice, chances are very less.
