According to Vedic astrology, my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is placed in the house of profession, with Sun. Ascendant lord is placed in debilitated sign. But no affliction.
2. Spouse house is occupied by eighth and ninth house lord Saturn. Spouse house and Ascendant are in bandhan yog. This position indicates that spouse house is afflicted, along with ascendant.
3. Spouse house lord Jupiter is blessing spouse house.
According to birth chart, I will say possibility of delay in marriage.
