According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter is placed in the 12th house, with Mars, passion towards bedroom pleasure will be very high.
2. Spouse house lord is placed with Venus in the house of mysteries, (eighth house)
You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu and Anterdasha of Mercury. Under normal condition this dasha can give marriage, Dasha period is till Nov. 2013, if you miss during this dasha then I will recommend not to marry till Nov 2014, after that again dasha will support you.
Rahu-Ketu can give you marriage. I will not say that this dasha will not give marriage – probably you may marry during this dasha, but I will not recommend during this period.
