According to Vedic astrology my observations for the horoscope related to your son are as follows:
1. At the time of birth of your son, it was Sagittarius ascendant and lord Jupiter is just one degree but in the house of fortune with Moon and Venus. Which is giving strength to own personality, but ascendant is afflicted by Mars lord of expenses, hospital and past karmas.
2. He is passing through Mahadasha of Ketu, which is in the house of mother and family/happiness and anterdasha of Saturn which is retrograde and in the house of sleep, laziness and hospital / expenses. This Saturn is representing house of conversation and communication, immunity + courage etc. This immunity and courage is weak at the moment, anterdasha lord is indicating that at this time he is in his own feelings, may be lazy too. Lack of communication is also possible.
3. It will be better to consult with doctor too. I hope situation may change after this anterdasha of Saturn ie. after first week of September 2017.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of longevity with Moon and Rahu, exchanging aspect with Ketu (Mahadasha lord).
2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Ketu and anterdasha of Malefic Mercury retrograde, which is totally combust. You are committing but not in a position to deliver, or not giving best of results. This Mercury is malefic too, for this horoscope, this may give distraction from the current position. My suggestion is not think anything odd. I do not feel that current chances for foreign are decent or advisable.
3. Long term study is not possible on this free service platform. At this time dasha is on the verge of change, so it will not be wise to take any drastic step under this dasha cycle.
Is there any chance for me to get a Govt job? if Yes When?
