Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
Your father is passing through Mahadasha ketu and anterdasha of Venus, Venus is placed in the house of hospital and Ketu indicates issues related to Germs etc. So, according to birth chart it seems that situation may continue for a while. Ketu is conjunct Mercury indicating that it will be better to take proper care of your father.
Since it’s a free service, so I have not applied Kotchakra and Trimshamsha chart, both are related to Arisht issues

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter retrograde is placed in its exalted sign with Ketu and exchanging aspect with Saturn and Rahu, both are in the house of gains, achievements and ambitions.
2. At present you are passing through Mahadasha of Sun digbali in the house of profession, ready to give direction for life, only concern issue is that Venus lord of miseries is conjunct with Sun and Mercury, so delay or ups and downs or quick change of job/profile/place is possible.
3. At present you are passing through Mahadasha of Sun and Anterdasha of Rahu, both are in good position but at 2/12 axis so some difficulty is possible, but will give you some opportunity and grab it. After May 2015, you may get some new responsibility. Chances may improve after November 02-11-2014 (or after November 2014).
