Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant and lord Saturn is retrograde in the house of gains, indicating that all the significations of ascendant (your health / personality/thinking etc) have increased, and this Saturn is giving strength and aspect on ascendant (at times this Saturn may trouble you). Jupiter from the house of fortune is blessing ascendant. So, getting some support from Jupiter.
2. House of Thyroid, is afflicted by Mars from the house of miseries and this Mars is afflicting lord of ascendant Saturn retrograde too. Venus is lord of progeny is in the house of Progeny and afflicted by your own lord Saturn, so due to own reasons you had abortions and may have some disturbances with children also (some difference of opinion or some other issues etc.)
3. Due to above reasons you have Thyroid issue, due to your thoughts that you are sick, or some mental tension facing acidity issue.
