Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is in trine, forming good yog. Mars is afflicting ascendant but no connection with ascendant lord Venus – neither auspicious nor malefic.
2. Mahadasha lord Mars is combust and afflicted by Jupiter lord of miseries and gains etc. from the house of profession. Since Mahadasha lord is combust so is not in a position to give its best. I agree that Maahdasha lord Mars is indicating that you have good competitive strength but during this period due to combust Mars is not delivering your best. Now you have to avail time from Middle of October 2014 to first week of December 2014.
If possible then Pray lord Hanuman and chant Bajarang Ban and hanumanchalisa (whatever possible). This is important for you. Give Roti and Jaggery to cow on 5 Thursdays.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Venus is in the house of bedroom, expenses and foreign lands, but afflicted by Saturn exalted and this Venus is in Rahu-Ketu axis. Affliction on ascendant is strong. Jupiter is giving aspect on ascendant.
2. Spouse house is afflicted by your aggression and Sun, and lord Mars has no connection with auspicious planets. Moon is blessing but from the house of miseries. Indicating that delay in marriage and you have to avail chance of marriage. Otherwise possibility of marriage will be very low.
3. Just check your nature and way of talking, if you have aggression in your nature or way of talking or straight statements then please check it.
