Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is in its own house and sign with Mahadasha lord Venus. Venus is also representing profession etc. Indicating that your involvement in profession or any work will be good.
2. At present you are passing through Mahadasha of Venus and anterdasha of Jupiter which is lord of miseries and loss of job/new opportunities etc. My suggestion is unless you get any proper letter of offer for job, do not leave job till 2016. Once you will leave job, it will be difficult to be on the track.
