I have considered all the three charts.
My observations are
1. Aries ascendant, and lord Mars is with Saturn in 7th house, and in the Nakshatra of Rahu. (Rahu is placed in 8th house)
2. 5th House Lord Sun is in the Nakshtra of Venus, and Sun is placed in 5th house. (no linkage with ascendant Lord)
3. Gains lord Saturn is with Ascendant Lord Mars.
So, I am hopeful, for some gains. (But 5th house lord is not in an en-courageous position.
Now the point is when

My observations are as below
Query : Prospects of Marriage
Reading of your birth chart (D-1), according to Vedic Methods
1. Virgo Ascendant, Lord Mercury is placed in 5th house. Ascendant is in Bandhan Yog. But blessed by Jupiter (placed in 7th house and in its own sign Pisces)
2. Ascendant Lord is afflicted by 6th house Lord Saturn (Retro).
3. 7th House is in Paapkartari (both side of this house, malefic planets Sun and Ketu are placed)
4. 7th House Lord is also in Paapkartari (because is placed in 7th house, in own house and sign)
5. 7th House Lord is in its own house, but afflicted (Due to some of the reason, persons must have broken the Engagement or relationship)
Undoubtedly, 7th house is in Paapkartari and Ascendant in Bandhan yog (may be taking care of your siblings).
This is the reason, your marriage is delayed.
Now we must see Navmansha chart (D-9)
1. Cancer Ascendant. Ascendant Lord Moon is placed in 9th house with Jupiter and Pisces sign. Afflicted by Mars.
2. 7th house (Capricorn sign) and Lord Saturn is in 2nd house (Exchange of 2nd house Lord Sun with Saturn)
3. 2nd house Lord Sun is placed in 7th house.

There’s this girl she is my distant relative, now I was talking to my mother about her and my mother said she would probably talk to her parents whenever they meet next, which should be at some family function or a party. will anything come out of it? is there any chance of us getting married?

Yes combination of 5th house and 7th house is there, but in 6th house. Probably, some one is till the time of question asked is not interested. But on 16th of August 2012, Sun (Lord of 7th house) will move to 7th house of this chart.
So, after 17:59 (Hrs) IST, of 16th Aug., 2012 possibility will increase or improve.
