Regarding astrology analysis in detail, paid service is also available. One may opt for paid service for detailed analysis and multiple questions.
Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aries ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of spouse and giving aspect to self, indicating that mind is in spouse, but is careful and watchful for profession as well for self. Or this is affecting your profession because of spouse and self personality.
2. Your profession house is afflicted by self, but lord of ambition and profession (which is Saturn in the house of sudden or disturbance or miseries or research/analytical etc.) is giving strength to its own house.
3. You are passing through mahadasha of Saturn/Jup/Mercury, indicating for the movement, but my suggestion is do not leave job without getting any proper opportunity in your hand. Or you can try for contractual work or try for new job.
