As you have mentioned that you want general analysis, so I have analyzed your Birth chart and Navmansha chart. But Kshetrasfut and Saptansha chart (specific chart for Progeny) is not analyzed.
According to Vedic astrology my observations are :
You are passing through Mahadasha of Moon and Anterdasha of Jupiter.
1. Leo ascendant and occupied by Mars and Saturn with Venus.
2. Ascendant Lord Sun is placed in 12th house and ascendant is in Paapkartari. Indications are that you will feel disturbed, aggressive, and at times very aggressive.
3. House of Progeny is Jupiter, which is placed in 11th house and aspects its own house, the trouble is Jupiter self, because Jupiter is holding ownership of 8th house which is for mysteries. So, as Jupiter is blessing similarly is indicating miscarriages.
4. Navmansha chart indicates that Lord of 8th house is placed in 5th house, again indication of miscarriage.
5. Moon is placed in the house of progeny and forming Gajkesari yog.
In general prediction, I can say this much that period for pregnancy is on. May 2013 onwards it confirms pregnancy.

According to Vedic astrology, my observations are as follows:

2. Profession house lord Mercury is also in the house of gains and exchanged its position with Moon. Beautiful exchange. This position will give beautiful results during the Period of Mercury. (Sept. 2023 to 2040)
3. You are passing through Mahadasha of Saturn (period of Saturn) and sub period of Venus and sub/sub period of North Node (Rahu). I think possibilities are there but strong possibility will start from Feb 2013.
If you get any chance before this Feb 2013, then your chances will be better after feb 2013, but better opportunities after Feb 2013. You will feel comfortable after May 2013.
