Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. At the time of question raised, it is Cancer ascendant, and Moon is transiting with the lord of children Mars.
2. Ascendant lord Moon is transiting from the Nakshtra of Mercury, placed with the lord of property and gains Venus in chhidra house.
3. Indications are it is not the right time to sale property, either you may not get proper value or you may not utilize money in right purpose.
4. Or some other event may disturb your money.
Although combination is indirect but is complete, so if you want to sale, you can, but I will not suggest because chhidra house is involved.

Chhidra house – chhidra means Gadhha or this is eighth house, and normally this is related to miseries, mysteries and sudden matters (for bad or good purpose too).
Whenever chhidra house is used will be in context to malefic affects.
Regarding eighth house we workout longevity, inherited property, disputes/disturbances, insurance money, PF, Gambling (good or bad) etc. even in case of share market etc,
