According to Vedic astrology, my observations are as follows:
1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter is placed in the house of own place, family and mother etc. Ascendant is occupied by Aggressive Sun, eighth and third house lord Venus (indicates uncertainty), Mercury lord of family and native place (exchange of ascendant lord) and Ketu (South Node) again looking for some more analysis. Indicates that you are not quick in decision making, aggressive in nature etc. Uncertainty is in your nature, better to say unpredicted at times.
2. Regarding your finding out a job – period is on, but efforts are required. If you are in the job, possibility of new profile or if you are looking for a job then again new profile than your previous one.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aquarius ascendant and lord Saturn is placed in the house of spouse with lord of fortune house and Yog karak Venus and Mars lord of profession. Venus and Saturn are forming Rajyog, but disturbance in the house of spouse.
2. I think you took loan around 2000-2001, during the Mahadasha of Venus, lord of eighth house and education house. Mercury is placed in the house of loan, hence has arranged loan for you, Lord of finance and wealth Jupiter is placed in the house of education and is combust.
I think loan was during the period eighth house lord Mercury, that’s why has become bit chronicle.
Reasons of your loan is Jupiter combust, Mercury and current dasha sequence.
Currently you are passing through period of Venus lord of fortune/father house, Anterdasha of Sun, placed in the house of loan etc.
I think, it may take some more time, because next sub dasha is Moon, lord of house of loan etc.
