According to Vedic system, my observations are,
1. Ascendant Lord i placed in 10th house with 4th and 7th house lords.
2. Moon in Ascendant and no aspect on Ascendant. Personality is good. 5th house lord is Moon and in ascendant. You will like to go for love marriage.
3. I think, you will marry to your known person. But with the approval or better to say with traditional system. With the blessings of elders. (If love marriage then with some disturbance)
4. Spouse lord and self is in Paapkartari, so after marriage some complications or disturbance. You may not feel peace.

I do have health problem like arthritic pain but I am able to lead a perfectly normal life.
