Any query related to Mahadasha is not possible on free service, because it needs study in detail. For Mahadasha – paid service is available.
Marriage compatibility, details of spouse etc. needs study in detail, hence not possible. Query related competition is not encouraged on this free service platform.

1. Aquarius ascendant and lord Saturn is in conjunction with the lord of marriage, family and father, but in the house of foreign lands/expenses.
2. It will be better that arrogance and laziness should be under check. Marriage is indicated on the basis of desire from Cyna.
3. Mahadasha lord is Saturn and anterdasha lord is Rahu, both are in the house of bedroom, foreign lands. When she will desire only then marriage will happen. This dasha cycle is not good for marriage. It may take some more time.

According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Taurus ascendant and lord Jupiter is retrograde in the house of longevity, improving this longevity. Ascendant has Falling and combust (total) Mercury retrograde and Sun, afflicted by Saturn lord of profession and father from the house of ambitions/achievements.
2. Your love relationship lord is falling to the previous house and total combustion position. I do not feel that this love relationship is not comfortable for the long run. Impacts of family, mother and father/mother-in-law will be strong or disturbing this and lord of spouse is in paapkartari.
It will be better to balance both the horoscope properly before marriage.
I feel marriage after few years will be much better.

2. You are passing through Mahadasha of Rahu, which is with Moon and anterdasha of Saturn placed in the house of marriage, but this combination is not comfortable and distance is also not good. Rahu can do anything under any condition, so this can give marriage, but better period will start after November 2018 and further better will be after first week of 2019.
Rahu pooja will be good for you. I have not tested Navmansha chart (specific chart related to marriage etc.)
