So, bill related to women may be tried by government, but lots of disputes will come on this, Lord of parliament will enter in the house of bills on 14-3-2013 after 16:56 Hrs (IST), I think possibility regarding this bill will be more strong after this, but disputes or some issues cannot be ignored or overruled. Sun is moving in with Mars after 16:56 Hrs (IST), on 14-3-2013, so two strong aggressive planets will give aspect to the house of public, opposition parties, sports authorities/institutions etc. Some news or period may not be comfortable for such issues.
