1. Mahadasha lord, and Pratyanter dasha lord are transiting through eleventh house, giving aspect to the house of Foreign ambasy and diplomat, two strong aggressive (Sun is known as king and Mars is known as General) are afflicting this house. Mars is combust by Sun, so indications are that ruler of the nation may come to rescue of Diplomat.
2.  Mars is afflicting Saturn and Rahu, dissatisfaction and agitation may increase. Judiciary is giving decision, but may be afflicted / affected due to some political reasons.
3. Banks and financial institution may start giving some positive results; this may give some relief to the public.
4. Government may be affected due to some of their alliances.
