Buying at lower and pressure on upper levels | News Important | Is pull back justified

Mercury, Rahu and Ketu are leading the day, well supported by Moon, Mars with Saturn (Rx). Importantly, lord of banks and share market is defeated in planetary war with under pressure lord of cabinet. Watch Judiciary based decision. Also, Government agency may give impact on the market.

Possibly, RBI’s policy may give impact on the market. Reason, RBI may address Inflation and other issues, which may give impact on its policy.

Small trades may further come under pressure in coming days, because of policies by the government or RBI or other reasons. Changes in the pattern of trade after 11:00 Hrs (IST). Please watch the trades after this time.

Pressure on upper levels can be seen. Buying from lower levels in certain areas can be seen. Our market has already covered around 500 points from the lower levels. Interestingly, it seems that Nifty has avoided the fear of breaching 22000 (for the time being). I must say, traders must be watchful during the period. This period may linger on for some time. Similarly, because of USD, gold prices may show some better moves. Silver may remain around 61-63 USD per ounce.

Crude oil prices may also show some rise but may remain around $100 to $105.

Sudden moves during the day in either of the direction is possible.

Today’s market may show some pressure on upper levels. And direction of the day will be controlled with the announcement of policy. Inflation is high (government data is just below 2 digits, but practically inflation is in 2 digits levels), and growth and production is low. So, tough job for RBI to balance in between.

Nifty may remain within the range of 22500 to 22850.

Indian Currency

Indian Rupee may trade in between 95.90 to 96.70 per USD.
