Buying from lower levels | Nifty may look for 25250 and test 25050

Sun with Rahu leads the day, well supported by Moon, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn. Importantly Moon is transiting with Rahu and indicating some confusion sort of state is possible and sudden changes will not surprise me. Change in pattern may be seen after 14:26 Hrs (IST).

Volatility is again possible. Emotional pressure at any moment can be seen. As I expected that Nifty may breach 25000, it breached and tested 24187 of nifty levels.

INR is falling sharply. That means some internal weakness may disturb the sentiments of the business of India. Our exports for every materials of Mobile, laptop, TV is costing us heavily, because we are assembling in India. Manufacturing is different. Similarly, many other products are assembled in India, and import is consuming our hard currency, that is affecting INR.

Secondly, middle class is paying for the unemployment, they had paid taxes and now paying heavy educational fee and high healthcare costs, high EMIs. Thay had invested in MFs, stocks and SIPs but now, lack of inflow of cash, they may have to liquidate their investments. Consumable goods may lose sale, INR is losing its shine.

Today market may show some recovery, possibly because we are inching towards annual budget. It will be better to move cautiously. Giants may play their game at any moment. It will be better to wait and watch.

Nifty may look for 25250 or so. Still chances of sell on upper levels possible and Nifty may again test 25050.

Anyways, Crude oil may move upward, and maintain range around 64-67 USD

Some upside movement is possible. Silver and gold may maintain their demands.

Indian Currency

Indian Rupee may trade in between 91:20 to 91.90 per USD.
