Midcaps and small caps better | Tariff on China | Buying from lower 

Jupiter with Rahu leads the day, well supported by Sun, Mars and Venus. Indirectly all the planets are active. But some unknown reasons or foreign cues may affect the market. Nakshtra indicates – deceptive moves also possible (if gloomy). I believe that because of global political issues and global cues may affect our market also. Possibly pressure on upper levels may be seen. Nifty may try to hold 25175 levels.

Even then Nifty may try to look buying from lower levels. May try to look above 25300+. Nifty may plan for 25400. It will be better to be watchful with GLOOMY indicatioins.

We may see some change in pattern of the trade after 12:00 Noon or so. It will be better to watch accordingly.

China will face additional tariff of 100%. That means any time or any day Ruler of US may impose tariff on any nation. This increases instability or threat for the nations. Unreliable situations.

All most all the segments may remain active, that means chances of midcaps and small caps may remain better. Use the companies with their strengths. Results are also expected for the companies, which may give impact on the related area.

Automobile, infrastructure, power, reality, cement, defence, Gems and Jewellery, gold, silver (despite of so high rates), housing fixture and fittings etc. electronic chip (be watchful for long, but for mid term is fine), non-traditional, chemicals, alcohol, acids etc. with petroleum marketing companies, IT wait for better rates may remain active and give opportunities in related fields like automobile tyres etc.

Possibly some trimming or profit bookings on upper levels. Be careful with the deceptive movements.

Crude oil may remain around 61-65 USD. Nifty may try to hold the levels around 25175 and possibly look again for 25300+. Chances of trimming on upper levels.

Indian Currency

Indian Rupee may trade in between 88.50 to 89.20 per USD.
