Sell on rise | Nifty may test 24575 | Watch IT and Banks with care

Saturn (Rx) with Sun leads the day, well supported by Mars, Rahu, Jupiter, Mercury (Rx n combust) and Venus. Nakshatra is indicating chances of transformation in coming time. Market may feel some pressure during the day. Foreign cues or news from foreign lands or confusions because foreign policies may be influencing our market.

Nifty may breach 24600 or so. Possibly pressure may continue till monthly closing. Mercury will cross Sun, after that possibly some changes in the pattern of trade can be seen. Or direction of recovery is possibly in coming week.

Banks and financial institutions, IT, textiles, metals, etc. may be pressurize the market (chances) or not support the market. IT is weak, possibly global issues. US is imposing number of guidelines for their IT companies, so that hiring from out of US can be checked. This may give impact on Indian job market and IT sector. Housing and automobile loans – majorly used by IT employees, if they will be in trouble, that means debts Vs deposits balance of banks will be further disturbed, affecting banks. It will be better to be watchful for banking and financial sector. This may also affect automobile sector.

Reality may face some issues in coming time. Only defense is bit better, only because of global disturbances. This sector may give foreign revenue, but not like IT or Pharma sector.

So, read and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the market and economy properly. So, that coming period may give some advantage in any situation.

Crude oil may remain within range of 69-72 USD. INR may also slip from levels.

Nifty may test 24550. On the upper side look for opportunities.

Indian Currency

Indian Rupee may trade in between 86.20 to 87.00 per USD.
