According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:

1. Aries ascendant and lord Mars is placed in the house of father, fortune and religion etc. which is influencing house of bedroom, foreign lands etc.
2. Lord of marriage house or spouse is afflicted by Saturn Retrograde from the house of arisht/suddenness/chhidra house etc. Indicating chances of marriage are afflicted. Secondly, house of marriage is in the axis of Rahu-Ketu with Sun, Moon, Mercury. Heavy affliction for the marriage related issues. I agree that Jupiter is blessing house of marriage, but afflictions are on the higher side. So, promise for the marriage related issues are weak.
3. Dasha wise you are passing through Mahadasha of Moon, which is in not good state, anterdasha of Mercury, which is also not in decent state to give marriage. I feel chances during the period are weak.
