According to Vedic Astrology my observations are as follows:1. Pisces ascendant and lord Jupiter is with Saturn and lord marriage/spouse in the house of marriage, giving strength to self. This Jupiter is also representing house of profession. Saturn is afflicting lord of ascendant and ascendant.
2. I agree that lord of marriage and spouse is afflicted by Saturn lord of ambitions and achievements and impact of professional preferences, which is hurting chances of marriage (in birth chart).
3. At the same time dasha cycle is also not supportive for the marriage purpose. If any marriage might have/had happened on earlier occasion – chances of heavy disturbances or separation possible.
4. You are passing through Mahadasha of Mars which is debilitated, placed with Rahu, again for finance and other purposes. You may have some relationship but marriage – dashas are not in proper sequence. It may take some more time or delays.
