Recovery from Lower levels | Mid-caps and small caps interesting

Moon is leading the day with Mars, well supported by Saturn, Sun and Rahu. Global cues may be supportive, impact of lockdown in various parts of the nation possible. Planetary position is indicating that many areas may be showing activities during the day. Sun is ready to change its sign and house, transiting in the last degrees and prepare for next Sundays’ Lunar eclipse.

Almost all the planets are active and activating entire horoscope, that means activities in many segments can be seen. Mid-caps and small caps will be area of interest.

Global cues are supportive. It is a day for the adjustment between local issues/cues and foreign cues. Rahu may give sudden movements during the day. It is a last working day of the week, after a day’s holiday.

In the metro towns, COVID cases are showing some control, possibly due to lockdown, and in rural areas, such cases are increasing. That means, it will not be better to carry weekend trend for the next working day ie. Monday.

Lunar eclipse is on next Sunday ie. 23-05-2021. For next week, we must consider for trading in the next week also or coming period.

Nifty may try to clear 14700 levels and it will be better to allow the market to settle down and then look forward. Avail opportunities at lower levels or better to say attractive levels (if available/possible).

Areas related to defence, metals, electrical and electronic devices manufacturer for health care support system, pharmaceuticals, IT (mid-cap), sugar, leather, textiles, FMCG, and many more segments may start showing development.

Rahu may show ups and downs in the coming week also.

Keep a watch on small caps and mid-caps.

Indian Rupee may trade in between 73.20 to 74.00 per USD.
