According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is in the house of immunity, siblings but with Rahu. Ascendant has Mars, Venus and Moon. Indicating Mangal dosh (Manglik) in the horoscope, which is influencing house of marriage, family and Mangalya. So, at the time of marriage horoscope compatibility is advised.
2. Marriage house is influenced with Mars, Venus and Moon, and lord of house of marriage is Jupiter but retrograde in the own sign and house of profession. This Jupiter is currently Mahadasha lord also, but in the last phase of dasha. Anterdasha is Rahu, which is with ascendant lord but not a decent distance from Jupiter, so not giving proper opportunities for marriage.
3. If you get married within one year, then its fine otherwise may take few years. I believe this one year will also be bit tough for marriage related issues.
4. You can try Briahaspati pooja on Thursdays and if possible the Rahu or Lord Bhairav pooja on Sunday in temple with proper ways.
