According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon has exchanged its position with Mercury retrograde, which is also representing house of brain, hospital etc. This Mercury retrograde is with Venus and afflicted by Mars retrograde. This horoscope has four retrograde planets, so, unpredictability can be seen time to time or during the dashas and transit of Saturn on Mars might influence brain or head related area.
2. Currently passing through Mahadasha of Ketu, and period had started probably in the dasha of Ketu, Jupiter, Mars, Mercury in the end of January 2020 or February. At the same time transit of Saturn on Mars (retrograde) had started for 3 years. Now from April 1st, 2020, Saturn is also afflicting house of brain – especially left side, that means impact on the right side of body may be more, but affliction from Mars on ascendant, indicates that entire brain might be afflicted (chances are increased/heavy) after 24-08-2020, importantly on 02-10-2020 Saturn had started transit direct on Mars so, clear impact of Dasha and anterdasha had affected natal on 03-10-2020. Situation is tricky.
3. Markesh are active so, this may give physical ailment to any extent. This period is not well till January 2023. It will be better to chant Mahamrityunjay mantra in his presence, so that lord shiva may give strength to the person, and may do justice to the person, whatever is good for soul may do.
You are in Kerala, so possibly, you may get ayurvedic treatment from traditional therapy, which may also help, because Jupiter is blessing. Since, four retrograde planets are active, so planets may do show any miraculous activity in either direction of life.
