According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is retrograde in the house of finance, with Mars, Sun and Ketu, but afflicted by Saturn from the house of expenses/foreign lands etc. Venus is in ascendant which is exchanging aspect with Jupiter retrograde.
2. Lord of land/housing etc. is afflicted by Mahadasha lord Saturn from the house of expenses.
3. Mahadashalord, anterdasha lord and pratyanterdasha lord are directly or indirectly connected with house of expenses and miseries. This is also fact that Mahadasha lord is forming Vipereet rajyog, even then I will not recommend to buy plot in this month.
