1. Cancer ascendant and lord Moon is in the house of education/children and past karmas. Ascendant is afflicted by Mars lord of Profession and education etc. Venus lord of family and ambitions with Mercury and Sun is influencing your personality.
2. Education house lord Mars is in the house of profession (own house of profession/Mars). House of conversation has Ketu, which may mislead others at times. So, if you want to be in teaching profession, then please check this point.
