According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Scorpio ascendant (whole sign basis) and lord Mars is placed in debilitated sign and in the house of fortune etc. Forming decent yog, but strong mindset. Ascendant has North node (Rahu), Venus and Mercury. Since, lord of marriage is giving strength to own house, so chances of marriage are decent.
2. Jupiter is blessing house of marriage, where south node (Ketu) is placed. Indications are that your spouse will love you a lot, with some difference of opinion.
3. Period wise time of marriage or relationship is started. But I feel that better chance for marriage related issues will be after August 2019.
