2. Progeny house has Saturn, and lord Moon is with Rahu, blessed by your own approach Jupiter, but afflicted by Saturn, Mars and malefic Venus (for this horoscope).
3. Dasha is supporting at present but transit of planets will be supporting after January 2020. So, at present, if you will have better environment in bedroom with positive approach only then this period may help you. Better period will be after January 2020.
Support of technical (medical support for conceiving or delivery) will not be surprising.

Thank you just want to confirm time is 2:59 PM in afternoon Eastern Standard Time and I have received fertility medicine today which I am supposed to start tomorrow for 5 days but if this is not a good time then I don’t want to take it now or spend any more time energy and money on treatments – better to wait for treatment until 2020 ?

      As you have mentioned only 02:59 EST, means 02:59 am, so I have worked out on the basis of 02:59 am (Hrs – Local standard time of your area). If your time of birth is 02:59 pm then chart will be totally different, because variation in time of birth is 12 hrs, means ups and down type of situation, and observations and results will be different.
      But as you gave me time of birth, I have worked out accordingly on this service.
