According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Leo ascendant and lord Sun is in the house of spouse/marriage with Retrograde Mercury, giving back strength to own personality and other issues related to you.
2. Progeny house lord is in conjunction with Rahu, in the house of Gynecology related issues or we can say chhidra house. Indications are clear that issues related progeny will be important.
3. Dasha wise you are passing through Mahadasha of Ketu. You have conceived in the period of Ketu Moon, but missed in the period of Ketu Mars. Not a suitable dasha cycle. Regarding Molar Pregnancy, it was a period of Ketu-Rahu, again not a suitable period.
