According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Aries ascendant and lord Mars is in the house of sadhana, health and related issues, exchanging aspect with Saturn retrograde (very weak and falling) from the house of foreign lands. Ascendant lord is afflicting ascendant too. No auspicious connection with the lord of ascendant and ascendant.
