According to Vedic astrology my observations are as follows:
1. Gemini ascendant and lord Mercury is in the house of study and past karmas etc. with Saturn and Sun. Mercury is involved in the planetary war with Saturn and defeated, may be with father or with some health related issues or sudden issues in life etc.
2. Marriage house has Mars, Jupiter and Moon, although Moon is forming good combination, but combination of Mars and Jupiter is not decent in marriage house, unless it is improved in Navmansha chart.
3. Dasha wise you are running Mahadasha of Rahu and anterdasha of Rahu in the house of bedroom. This Rahu can give marriage like situation. But anterdasha of Rahu can help, otherwise after this anterdasha Jupiter is also capable of giving marriage, but distance with Mahadasha lord is not decent, it will be better to avail this period only.
